We we be at Rest Yourself River Ranch in Mineral Wells, Texas this year. 

Space is limited. Most rooms are double occupancy, but a few are for singles, and another select few can sleep three. All rooms (shared and single) have a private bathroom, mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee station. If you are coming with a really good friend, there are two king suites that could potentially sleep two women to one bed, if you are okay with this it would allow us the opportunity to serve a couple more Hope Moms this year! Also, keep in mind that some Hope Moms who are attending the retreat may have been trying to conceive again after the loss of their child and could be pregnant at the retreat. If you are in a place where rooming with a Hope Mom who is pregnant would be very difficult for you, please let us know during registration. Requests are not guarantees, but we do try to accommodate all wishes that we are able to.

The weekend is a blend of speaking sessions with worship music and biblical teaching, small groups, alone/journaling time, a prayer room with a Hope Baby memorial, a flower release, a special Hope Box Ministry activity, and more.

$415. This includes a 2-night stay in a courtyard room, all speaking and worship sessions, prayer room access, 5 catered meals, beverages, snacks, activities, and gifts. Payment plans can be arranged with a $200 down payment to hold your place and the remaining $215 paid in full by January 31, 2025. You can choose this option during registration check-out on our website. Once your down payment is received, we will reach out by email to arrange the payment plan for the remainder of your balance due to HM.

There is a scholarship application and process, which includes references and submitting your family’s W-2.  Approved scholarships will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis until there are no more scholarships remaining. Please email retreats@hopemommies.org for the application link.  

Because we’re counting on your registration to cover predetermined costs only 50% of your registration fee can be reimbursed if cancelled on or before December 31, 2024.

Yes! If you already know someone who you would like to room with, there is a spot on the registration form where you can enter their name. Both parties will need to request each other though, in order to secure rooming together.

One of the best aspects of the weekend is the relationships you will make. The time you’ll have with your roommates will be precious, and if you’re new to Hope Mommies then we prayerfully place you in a room with other moms who may have a similar story to your own. Arrival is at 2:00pm on Friday. Departure is at 11:00am on Sunday.

This is for ALL Hope Moms, regardless of where they are in the grieving process. Our hope is that the weekend will be a blended community of women in various stages: whether just experiencing infant loss, a year or two out, nine years out, trying to conceive, or expecting a new blessing… all Hope Moms are welcome.

Hope Mommies was founded on the belief that the only reason we have hope following infant loss is because Christ died for our sins, was resurrected, and gives eternal life in Heaven to those who repent and believe in Him. While we believe this is the only truth and Christ is the only reason we will see our babies again, we understand that many people do not know this. This retreat is centered around a biblical theme, and we will engage in worship, prayer, and spiritual discussion. We will not be forceful with what we believe, but we do hope to talk with you about your experiences and worldview.

We will be in a beautiful country setting and you will be walking some, back and forth from your room to the main meeting & dining space through an outdoor courtyard. We want you to be comfortable. Texas in February/March could be warm or cold. Layers are always best! We will keep you updated on the weather as the weekend draws closer and encourage you to check the weather before packing, too!

The closest airport to Mineral Wells is DFW (Dallas Fort Worth International Airport). It is an hour and a half from the camp.

Everyone is responsible for getting themselves to the retreat. In an effort to help women connect, a private Facebook Group is formed for Hope Moms coming to the retreat. This group is where many women meet and decide to carpool. This year there will also be an airport shuttle from DFW directly to the Ranch. More information in this shuttle coming soon!
