What do you do when God feels silent? In episode What do you do when God feels silent?

In episode 72 of the Hope Mommies Podcast, we talk about one of the hardest parts of grief: continuing to trust God when you can't see what He's doing or feel His presence.

Sometimes hope doesn't come from what we feel—it comes from remembering what we know to be true. We rehearse God's faithfulness, cling to His promises, and look for the quiet ways He's still caring for us, even in the darkest seasons.

As John Mark Comer says, "Biblical hope is the expectation of coming good based on the person and promises of God."

When Aaron died, all of Israel mourned for 30 days. God made space for grief because He knows loss changes us. Mourning slows us down—and that's not something to be ashamed of.
