Sharing our story can feel like more than we’re ab Sharing our story can feel like more than we’re able to carry.

In Episode 78 of the Hope Mommies Podcast, we hear about a mom who reached out after hearing another mother openly share her story of loss. She had the same diagnosis, and just two months postpartum, she found herself reaching out to someone who understood.

But saying yes to being there for another mom didn’t feel easy.

“I don’t know if I can do this. I don’t know if I’m ready to do this.”

Her husband’s response became a reminder she continues to carry:

“If not you, then who?”

God places opportunities in our lives that we may not feel ready for. He can take the story we’re still learning to carry and use it to reach another mom who desperately needs to know she isn’t alone.

Ten years later, she is still known as Jaycee’s mom.

Her story is still being shared.
Her daughter is still being remembered.
And God is still using the story He entrusted to her.

🎙️ Listen to Episode 78 of the Hope Mommies Podcast to hear more about what it looks like to say yes when God invites us to share our stories—even when it’s hard.

Because the story of our babies matters. Their lives matter. And the hope we have in Christ gives us a reason to keep telling their stories.
Grief can be heavy, even years after your baby’s d Grief can be heavy, even years after your baby’s death. There are seasons when we feel stronger and seasons when something unexpected makes the weight feel heavy all over again.

In Exodus 17, Aaron and Hur saw that Moses was weary. They didn’t tell him to try harder or find more strength. They simply came alongside him, gave him a place to rest, and held up his arms.

That’s the kind of community we want Hope Mommies to be.

We can’t take away your grief or make the hard days disappear, but we can sit beside you, remember your baby with you, pray when you don’t have words, and remind you that you don’t have to carry it alone.

And underneath all of us are His everlasting arms.

What if this Advent, instead of trying to do more… What if this Advent, instead of trying to do more… you gave yourself permission to rest?

For a grieving mom, the holidays can feel especially tender. While the world is celebrating, you may be feeling the weight of who is missing.

The traditions.
The expectations.
The noise.
The ache.

Sometimes what we need most isn’t another thing to add to the season—but a place to slow down, breathe, and draw near to the One who meets us in our grief.

This Advent, Hope Mommies is creating a new space just for grieving moms.

A place to remember.
A place to study His Word.
A place to breathe.
A place to Rest.

✨ Our first-ever Advent Mini-Hope Group is coming this November.

More details are coming soon, but for now, consider this your invitation to slow down and make room for rest.

Because there is a rest that can only be found in Him.

Registration opens October 18.
