More than just a race, Miles for Hope is a day to remember, honor, and celebrate the lives of our Hope Babies while gathering together as a community that understands grief and the hope we have in Christ.

Happy Mother’s Day, Hope Mom. We know this day ca Happy Mother’s Day, Hope Mom.

We know this day can hold so much—love and ache, remembrance and longing, joy and grief all at once. If you’re feeling the weight of it, you’re not alone here.

Today, you don’t have to have everything you need all at once. God’s grace will meet you in each moment, just as it comes. He sees every tear, every quiet thought, every piece of your story—and He is holding you through all of it.

You are a mother. That truth did not end when your baby went to Heaven. It is woven into who you are, and nothing can take that away.

Give yourself permission to move through today gently. To grieve. To remember. To step away. To lean in. To simply be.

We’re praying you feel cared for in both big and small ways today—and that even in the midst of it all, you sense the nearness of the Lord.

You are seen. You are loved. You are not carrying this day alone.

Tomorrow is Mother's Day and our latest podcast ep Tomorrow is Mother's Day and our latest podcast episode is a sweet conversation between Jennie Parks, Kelly Ransdell, and Brooke Schuelke about navigating this day when it can feel so heavy. They talk honestly about the tension of holding grief and joy at the same time. They share how the Lord has met them in quiet moments on Mother’s Day, how our identity as mothers is not erased by death, and why Scripture offers a firm foundation for the motherhood of women whose babies are in heaven.

If you haven't already listened to this episode, take a moment today as a way to honor your grief and prepare your heart for a day that can often feel hard.

Grief has a way of changing more than we expect. I Grief has a way of changing more than we expect. It’s not just the loss we carry—it’s the quiet realization that we don’t quite feel like ourselves anymore.

If you’ve felt that disconnect, that unfamiliar version of you… you’re not alone in it.

The truth we hold onto is this: God is not surprised by who you are in your grief. He sees you fully, and He is still near.

Does this resonate with where you are today?

This week, Jennie started a three-part series on our identity after loss. Tap the link in our bio to read the full article: https://hopemommies.org/when-you-dont-recognize-yourself-anymore
