Susan lives in Georgetown, Texas, with her husband, James. She is a mom of four Hope Babies- Asher Grace, Christopher James, Anna Elizabeth, and Baby “Lav”. While her motherhood journey has not been what she imagined or longed for, Susan has found comfort in the Lord’s nearness in the midst of grief and in the tangible care He has provided through the Hope Mommies community. She feels deeply honored to lead the Anchored study this Spring and considers it a gift to journey alongside other women experiencing the raw heartache of loss, to hear the stories of their sweet babies, and to lean together into the truth of Jesus.
Susan’s hope is that Anchored is a sacred space where women can vulnerably share their hearts, be honest with their grief, questions, and longings, and ultimately find refuge and renewed hope in the Lord.
