The Leadership Team is composed of volunteers who freely donate their time, skills, and energy to helping the ministry of Hope Mommies succeed. We currently have two positions open: Blog Editor and Retreat Coordinator.
Requirements:
- A believer in the Lord Jesus Christ and a strong personal relationship with the Lord
- In agreement with the HM Doctrinal Statement and Mission
- Does not need to be a Hope Mom but must have a strong empathy for those experiencing child-loss
- Proficient with Social Media and online usage
- Organized and able to juggle many pieces of the “retreat puzzle” at one time
- Able to motivate, equip, and delegate responsibilities to volunteers to assist with the weekend
- Resourceful and motivated to create a theme, arrange for a speaker and musician, and develop a team of volunteers
- Self-motivated and responsible to complete duties without recognition or reward
- Possess own online device and internet services to perform duties
- Willing to go above and beyond for the healing of Hope Moms and the ministry of HM
